Connecting S60 3rd Edition emulator to the internet

I have seen articles for connecting older versions of the symbian emulator to the internet, but none seem to cover the s60 3rd edition emulator. I am using carbide, although I don't think that matters since the emulator is the same. How can I setup the emulator to hit the internet?

For me it works without I having done anything. But there is a segment in SDK document that might interest you :

It should work directly.
Even if it is not working you can try changing your winsock protocol library.
