Configuring the emulator to use Ethernet card

Hi all
I wish to configure emulator to use Ethernet for UIQ , but I'm facing problem
I'm executing below command on command prompt
..../tools>perl configchange.pl --config ethernetNoCommDB --kernel EKA2 --target winscw --variant UDEB

The error message:

Running Netcards to obtain adapter info
Failed to read physical address of Ethernet card
Can't spawn "C:\\Symbian\UIQ_21\\epoc32\tools\netcards": No error at configchange.pl line 79
Error running netcards!

I do'nt know what to do , and why is It happening , ..

Does anyone have idea?
