CMdaAudioRecorderUtility only records 44 bytes

I use following sample code to record the audio using CMdaAudioRecorderUtility. However, it only create file of 44 bytes (just wav header) on FP1 devices.

Above code works fine on E61 devices though, Above problem is with FP1 devices like N81
