Just typing "mcc" or "cell id" on the little search box in the top right corner of this screen would have lead you to the piece of code your are looking for.

@nima_1981: You are not going to make somebody write you the entire project each time I hope. So its better to atleast try it yourself. I agree it isnt easy, but must admit, its not impossible.
@ELIE_Brice: I hope you realise that the thread has started long back and even the last activity has been seen over two and half months. I dont think nima_1981 is still onto it. I agree it will benefit others trying to find the same solution, but there already exist a lot of threads with a solution to this problem. But anyway...Welcome to the Forum!!

If you want get the CGI (MCC, MNC, LAC, CI) with a 6630 mobile, you must use the mobinfo library !
