Call from MotoZ8 UIQ 3.1 device

Hi all,
I am facing problem to implement the call from application feature in my app.
I am using etel3rdparty API to call directly from application.
When I call using etel3rdparty API on UIQ3.1(Moto Z8 device) than call is matured but there is no voice at both end .

Please help me on this regard.
