Thanks for your reply. I have seen that link. But it does not work. The link says to run only a command at command prompt and bluetooth will work, but seems as it is not so easy.
Now I have installed UIQ3.3 SDK (as it is said that 3.3 does have drivers for bluetooth). I am also using a dongle. Now, in emulator, bluetooth icon is visible but it is not searching for devices.

I used a DLink dongle for the same. And followed the Bluetooth driver installation steps.
