hi,

I have a problem:
I have implemented the codec AMR fixed-point 26.073 (AMR
source codec) with Visual Studio (C++) in a framework
furnished me by the university.

The output file of the coder is a binary stream not udubile
and has greater dimensions of the raw file in entry
at the coder, how specified in 3GPP 26.073 section 6.3.

I would like to know:

1 - If this stream (fixed point) in exit at the coder can be proper
in an implementation on DSP.

2 - When I use the IF2 format ?
(specified in 24.101)

3- If I want to do communicate two mobile phone,
should use the format IF2?
tanks

Regards,
Antonio
