How can I use C in the my symbian?

Dear All

      My symbian is S60 1.9 ,Now ,I don't know how can I use C in it.and How to build it .especially, How Can I transform The "Char" to TDesC or TDes.Who can help me?

Have best to give me a mothe or example!!

You have TChar in Symbian. And for how to use them, there are a lot of example in SDK docs.
