If you download the same through SDK, you might have a later version of the same. In that case you would be having the same as a Hardware Debugging sub heading under Tools and Utilities , speaking about Debugging, but not exactly the methods.

you are not missing on anything, It is Symbian who doesnt have there updated library on the net. If you download the same through SDK, you might have a later version of the same. Am I missing something or these links are really outdated? They point to v. 7 of the OS and none of the info there seems to hold true for v. 9.
