Hi John,

I am using my laptop for all my development activities. .Now my laptop has inbuild bluetooth. So can I use that instead of using a USB dongle ?
I am using UIQ3 for my all development activities.. So do we have any separate driver to be used as the driver which eric is mentioned seems to be
for S60 SDK..

Please help

Thanks
Suman

Once the Bluetooth Driver is installed it worked fine with the Emulator and when serached for looks like a phone, which is good. However when you want to use Bluetooth again for normal PC functions, such as sending your development sis file to the phone to test the bluetooth application you are developing you need to reinstall your PC bluetooth driver.

Is there anyway to dynamically switch between emulator bluetooth and PC?

cheers

John

S60 Bluetooth driver for Windows XP enables Bluetooth communication from and to the SDK emulator. The driver can be used with S60 3rd Edition SDK MR and FP1 and allows uses of inexpensive USB bluetooth adapter to be used for Symbian application development.
