Tuny Engine is a cross-platform real-time audio system for mobile games and applications. Currently it supports Symbian OS, Windows Mobile and PC. Tuny Engine is free for non-commercial projects.

Supported File Format
WAV (Microsoft Wave files). Mono/Stereo 8-bit/16-bit PCM and 4-bit IMA-ADPCM format with any sample rate are supported.
MID (Standard MIDI files). Format 0 and format 1 are supported.
RMI (Microsoft MIDI files). Format 0 and format 1 are supported.
