I, Prashu (Prashant Soni) created a Emulator Skin Nokia 6680 for sereis 60 SDK .
installation is just a child task.

Download the zipped file from this site.
Unzip its contents (6680.bmp,epoc.ini) to
“%EPOCROOT%\epoc32\Data” folder but before unzipping
the files, backup original epoc.ini file.
After unzip open epoc.ini into text editor and change
“_EPOC_DRIVE_D=\Symbian\8.0a\S60_2nd_FP2\epoc32\wins\d” path to your SDK path for D: drive [1]
If there is any problem feel free to contact me.

i could't reply at that email id. well no prob.
as i found in ur mail, ur only using the bmp file, not ini file. so it is not possible that'll work coz ini file containd screen maping of keys of bmp file.
and "EPOC_DRIVE_D" is only complete path to ur "d:" drive of emulator as installed by SDK, coz it may be different for installation to installation the path that i used will not be same for ur SDK installation.
