Rumors are spreading about a live video stream, anyway most of the conferences will be published online soon (so I plan to update this article later).

Side note:

Until the event occur, let's talk about this other mobile OS called "Mer" which is not programmed in conferences but not completely out topic. Hunt for fosdem's geeks armed with tablets is open.

Today mer is an alternative firmware to Maemo devices (n700, n8x0) , which are also supporting Android Port NITdroid

So far the project is still experimental, but usable see the following demo of what the community was able to release based on maemo, ubuntu and gtk/gnome code.

Next Event: MWC

So, now you're busy until "Mobile World Congress" in 16-19 Feb BCN Spain

Many announces will occur there, and until that event many rumors are spreading (Track forums : G2, HTC ...)

We'll enjoy your visit and hope you enjoy ours demos or play with our toys ...
