The Ogg Vorbis Controller is a plugin for Symbian's Multimedia Framework that allows that decoding and playing back of Ogg Vorbis compressed audio files. It allows any application which uses the multimedia framework to play back these files. It has been tested on a Nokia 6600, but should work on any device that uses version 2.0 (or higher) of the Series 60 platform.

Ericsson has updated the P800 Camera and Vibrator API. The new features include :
-  extension of ECam implementation to give a notification when the viewfinder has been started.
-  bug correction in the Vibration API for the case where several calls within a short time caused an E32USER-CBase 42 panic. ...

This article tries to give the reader a rough introduction on how to implement multichannel sound. The reader should have basic knowledge on programming in Symbian and the will to experiment a bit. My target device is Nokia Series 60. But my code snippets should also work on any other Symbian device.
