There is lot of help provide on NewLC in Tutorials(Series 60 and Basics). Also lot of tools provided by symbian along with SDK.
Also there are lot of application like HelloWorld , HelloWorldBasics, MultipleView. By looking in to them u can come to know the architecture. There are lot of sites Newlc,symbian newsgroup,my-symibian,symbianone,Allaboutsymbian, nokia, UIQ.
