Well, this would be a simple task to implement. SISX format is public so it is just matter of time when someone implements this utility.

I have a Windows unpacker that is almost ready. This supports the new SISX UIQ3 format

Is anyone aware of whether this kind of application (SIS unpacker) exists also for the new SISX format (that is used by all Symbian 9.x devices) ?

SIS Extractor is a small utility that can be used to fetch the UID information from Sis File. This can be very useful while trying to Fetch important information based on this UID and shows hot to parse some information from a SIS file (source code included).
