Receiving streaming h263 via rtp

I'm building a SIP client which is to receive video. I've got outbound video working now I'm working on inbound. My question is; can I use CVideoPlayerUtility to receive the RTP stream (h263)? if so how, do I use OpenUrlL()?
Thanks in advance.
