Sorry fail to understand what you are using ? "SMS Listener" is it a tool/application or a class?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how to use SMS Listener to send sms to connected device for invoking scan or liveupdate by using binary message. I am able to create
binary message for scanning but don't know how to use sms tool for sending that binary message to device.
