 <description>&lt;p&gt;Release note say it doesn&#039;t... So you have to stick with 1.2 to do S60 2nd Edition development.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi ,&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am not being able to see the s60 2nd ed raletd templete in carbide.c++ 1.3, though i ve installed sdk s60 2nd ed fp3.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is any work around is needed to develop 2nd ed application n this ide?&lt;/p&gt;
