hi, &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a problem:&lt;br /&gt;
I have implemented the codec AMR fixed-point 26.073 (AMR &lt;br /&gt;
source codec) with Visual Studio (C++) in a framework &lt;br /&gt;
furnished me by the university.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The output file of the coder is a binary stream not udubile &lt;br /&gt;
and has greater dimensions of the raw file in entry&lt;br /&gt;
 at the coder, how specified in 3GPP 26.073 section 6.3.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would like to know:&lt;/p&gt;
