3rd Edition: EEikMenuItemSeparatorAfter not appeared in menu

It is working fine on 2nd edition..

But it is not working on 3rd edtioion, though I am using the EEikMenuItemSeparatorAfter flag.

Hi,
I have put the line separator in the menu in the following manner :

MENU_ITEM
{
command = EHelloWorldBasicCommand1;
txt = STRING_EPOC_NEWS_MENU_OPTION_ABT;
flags = EEikMenuItemSeparatorAfter;
},

But it does not appear in the menu at all!!

Is there any other way of adding these separators?
