I dont recall all the details, but I was not able to get the required results. Vaguely I remember it happened to be something to do with the way the device handled installations. In older devices it worked(as people on forums had claimed) but not on any of the newer devices. It presumably had something to do with a singular installer in the newer devices and it being engaged in the process, it was unable to cater to the other.
