 <description>&lt;p&gt;No, it only insures that the file is included only once in the compilation. If two different files contain the same declaration, you will get the error.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Isn&#039;t the &quot;#pragma once&quot; directive in used in a header file supposed to make sure that a header file&#039;s declarations be defined only one time?
