I am capturing a sequence of images using the viewFinder and I would like to know how to capture all of them with the same exposure levels for a certain number of them.

By default, the camera is adjusting the exposure level while the images are coming to the ViewFinder. Is it possible to block it somehow so the rest of the images are adquired with exactly the same parameters?
