 <description>&lt;p&gt;I need to used Telephony API in S60 2nd edition, and have application symbian signed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Libraries are:    &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;ETELMM, ETELBGSM, ETELAGSM&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What of those libraries can be obtain legaly and used in application.&lt;br /&gt;
If yes, what is process in obtaining libraries ?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If those libs can not be legaly used, what is the other way?&lt;/p&gt;
