Usually your ISP, your "internet service provider", the company that allows you to connect to the internet, also configures an e-mail account for you. That e-mail account would most probably be "non-public" in the sense that SymbianSigned meant.

i've tried to signup @ symbiansigned, then i got the message "Your email has address has been rejected as we do not accept registrations from publicly available email domains (e.g. gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc)."
What should i do? What domain should i use.

You can get it from www.symbiansigned.com. Check the section "Open Signed offline".

You need to register with them before you can access.

i have download it, and it success!

BUT when i open/doubleclick the file, IT'S NOTHING HAPPEN... WHY?

Download it here. A user name is mandatory in order to submit for a certificate request. You can register for one at www.SymbianSigned.com free of cost.

the IMEIs and other settings are kept in "SSLStoreDefault.txt" file present on the installed path.

Take a backup of this file incase you face the problem again.
