For example, if you implement a server, it&amp;#039;s client side API is usually implemented as a R -class.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;R -classes do not inherit from CActive, if they did, they would be C -classes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;R -classes can change the value of request status variable if they get it passes as a parameter to some of their (asynchronous) methods.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
