AFAIK only decode is available., so you have to do the port yourself.

thanks for reply

i saw ogg vorbis MMF version for symbian 6600. it seems support only decoding Ogg.
so i have to port existing sources symbian.
is that rite? or is there ogg encode versions available for symbian.

The whole ogg vorbis suite is free software, so you could just port the encoder.

AFAIK, AMR is supported natively on all (or most) Symbian devices, whereas Ogg doesn't seem to be supported on any of them.

As for the formats themselves, use google.
