Well, I got it. Press Chr+Ctrl+Shift+S in Nokia 9500. It takes a screen shot.

But about API: won't CWsScreenDevice::CopyScreenToBitmap() work here? I think it will.

I know only one application that can take screenshots. check this site http://www.antonypranata.com
But i'm not sure if it support s80 or not

No. I am not asking for API. I just need few screent shot of my application for demonstration purpose. I can't take all pictures from emulator. Cos I have WLAN communication and emulator can't be in that mode. So only way to take screen shots from the real device. Is there any tool available for it???
