 <description>&lt;p&gt;1. If you have installed Perl, plz check the path of Perl in the path parameter of system.&lt;br /&gt;
   A simple approach is to issue &#039; perl -v&#039;  in DOS window. If returning the version information of Perl, we can ensure Perl can work well and  no matter with Perl&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. Plz check your *mmp file carefully, I think It has some error.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;There is no need to set any path. Try to buil dyour code from default drive i.e. &#039;C drive&#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
If still you will get problem..send the error...&lt;/p&gt;
