I searched in forum nokia and found some comment about this, but no replay from Nokia.

It really would speed up building, a lot, given that carbide (eclipse) consume tooooo much resource

It exists for very long time already, but not available publicly. I doubt they will make it public in the 1.2 release, but let's hope...

I have got the UIQ3 TRK Runtime. It is true it is not bundled with this beta release but at least it does exist ! The final built of Carbide.c++ 1.2 is now available and about to be publicly released. I am checking it.

And yes, finally we got it: UIQ 3 On Target Debugging is now available with Carbide.c++ 1.2. The setup is not as easy to setup as with S60 3rd Edition but it works. That will probably makes a lot of people happy in Ronneby

Where did you find UIQ3 on-target debugging support information? Nokia or UIQ say nothing about it, and SE development site is not accessible...

Forum Nokia has just released the beta version of Carbide.c++. This version is yet another big improvement over version 1.1. I am using it for several weeks now and you should definitely give it a try: BLD.INF/MMP based compilation, MMP editor, UIQ3 on-target debugging are just a few of the improvement....
