[Update] EzBoot v0.6.1

Our boot management application has been improved and now fully support launching APP applications. Other enhancement includes:
  wait of complete system boot before initiating the boot sequence
  boot files can be installed on any drives from A: to Z: (oi nstead of C:,D: or E: only before).
  EzBoot does not boot anything when the phone only wakes up because of the connection to the ACDC.
  "NoBoot" feature prevents booting of any defective applications

[1] This version has been well tested on its development device - a Nokia 6600 - and quickly on a few other devices: Nokia N-Gage, Nokia 3650 and Siemens SX1
