Sendo withdraws Orange patent lawsuit

According to the Inquirer, the lawsuit Sendo started against Orange UK has been withdrawn.

This follows the recent announcement that Texas Instruments has signed a deal with Sendo to license some of its technology regarding Smartphone design.

This deal in no way impacts the Microsoft case, which is still being pursued.
