P810 or P900 ?

p810-back-lc.jpgThe successor of the P800 is not yet officially confirmed by SonyEricsson, but more and more pictures can be found here and there around the web. It might be officially announced on beginning of September and released before the end of the year.
The device should be based on the latest UIQ 2.1 platform and then will run Symbian 7.0. According to UIQ documentation, language support should include:
-  all european languages based on latin, greek or cyrillic script
-  simple ideographic language (in horizontal mode) : Chinese, Japanese
Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi,... won't be supported.

A couple of figures about the device:

-  115 x 57 x 23 (145 cm3)
-  208*320 / TFT / 65K colors screen
-  Tri-Band, 4+1 GPRS
-  WAP 2.0 / xHTML / HTML 4.0.1 / CSS / JavaScript 1.3 / Partial DOM and DHTML

Yes it could be a fake. As it is written in the article, nothing is official on this product.

It is just a gathering of informations founds around the web: figures and some functionnalities were posted on Orange French site, other functionnalities (language support,...) are taken from the UIQ specifications.
