P800: Update of Camera and Vibrator APIs, new streaming AMR API

Ericsson has updated the P800 Camera and Vibrator API. The new features include :
  extension of ECam implementation to give a notification when the viewfinder has been started.
  bug correction in the Vibration API for the case where several calls within a short time caused an E32USER-CBase 42 panic.

A new API has also been released by Ericsson that allows playback and recording of AMR encoded sound. The API and a reference application can be downloaded from Ericsson Mobility World.
