The Series 90 SDK 1.0 Beta for Symbian OS enables C++ application development for devices based on Developer Platform 2.0 for Series 90. This SDK is based on Developer Platform 2.0 for Series 90 and Symbian OS v7.0s. The SDK is compatible with the Nokia 7700 media device and includes all key functionality needed for application development (documentation, API reference, add-on tools, emulator, target compiler) except for an integrated development environment (IDE).

Operating System :  Windows 2000 SP2, Windows XP SP1 or Windows NT 4 SP6
IDE  :  Metrowerks Codewarrior

Note that this SDK does not include all the 3rd party products which are required to run it). In addition of it, you should download and install:
-  ActiveState Perl

It's available but in Chinese.... maybe that by downloading both version and then replacing the lib files of the Codewarrior version by those of the chinese version you will be able to do something....
