New Symbian OS GNU tool chain packages available

At Symbian's request, CodeSourcery has made available an updated version (2005-Q1C) of the Symbian OS GNU tool chain packages. This is a bug-fix only release, including fixes for problems with invoking the tool chain under the CodeWarrior IDE and with using the linker options "-Tdata" and "-Map" simultaneously. If you're not encountering problems with the 2005-Q1B tool chain, there is no reason to upgrade.
